For all questions about building pib with your pib.Edubox.

Individual Support

Part of your pib.Edubox is our weekly group consultation session. This takes place every Tuesday from 13:30 – 14:00 (CET) on our Discord server. The support session will be held in English – if you require a German support session please notify us by Monday at 12 p.m. so we can set it up for you.

What is Discord?

Discord is a free online service for instant messaging, chat, voice calls, and video conferencing. Our pib.rocks server is also hosted here, and a large part of our communication with our community takes place through it.

On Discord, we have set up a dedicated voice channel where our weekly support sessions take place. To join this channel, please make sure you get access first.

pib Edubox Support

Here’s how to get access:

Step 1

Join our Discord server. If you don’t have an account yet, please register there.

Registration is free.

Step 2

Send us an email at team@pib.rocks and provide us with your Discord username. We will send you a confirmation once your access has been enabled.

Step 3

Every Tuesday from 13:30 – 14:00, you can now join the support session online, ask questions, and work together with our team to resolve any issues.
