What kind of 3D printer do I need to print pib?
You only need a standard, hobbyist-grade FDM (filament) 3D printer—no expensive industrial equipment is required.
- Minimum Build Volume: At least 220 × 220 × 250 mm (e.g. Creality Ender-3, Prusa MK3/MK4, Bambu Lab A1/P1/X1 series, Anycubic Kobra).
- PETG Capability: The printer must have a heated bed (reaching ~75–80 °C) and a hotend capable of printing PETG (~230–240 °C).
- No Enclosure Needed: Because pib is printed in PETG, an enclosed print chamber is not required.
