2. Receive your Formal Offer: We will issue a formal, non-binding quote/estimate (including e-invoicing standards such as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD with your required Leitweg-ID if applicable).
3. Submit your Official PO: Once approved by your administration or school board, email us your official signed purchase order.
4. Delivery & Payment on Account: We ship your order with an official invoice payable via standard bank transfer within next 14 or 30 days.
